Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee or tea products.
This policy applies to all MILREY products, including single origin coffee, blends, flavored coffee, pods, and tea.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

We will review every case individually and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Wrong item received
If you received an item that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll make it right.
Order not received
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:
