Shipping policy

Where we ship

MILREY currently ships to the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

How orders are fulfilled

All MILREY coffee and tea products are roasted to order and packed fresh before shipping. This means your coffee is roasted specifically for your order, not sitting on a shelf.

  • Whole bean coffee ships the same day it is roasted.

  • Ground coffee ships the day after roasting.

Processing time

Because every order is roasted fresh, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This is standard for all orders and reflects the freshness of what you're receiving.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes an additional 1–5 business days depending on your location within the United States, via standard USPS ground shipping.

Estimated total timeline:

  • Fastest: 2–3 business days total.

  • Standard: 3–7 business days total.

Tracking

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic notification with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, or if tracking shows no movement, please contact us at help@themilrey.stoe with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Important notes

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.

  • We are unable to make changes to an order's shipping address after it has been placed.
